Aibota

A platform where small and medium businesses build chatbots for WhatsApp in a visual editor and automate conversations with their customers.

What you can do

• Visual scenario editor

  Draw a conversation as a flow of steps: messages, conditions, waiting for the customer's reply.

• Buttons and lists

  Offer reply buttons and menus and branch the conversation by the customer's choice.

• Variables

  Save what a customer tells you, such as a name, and use it in later messages.

• AI replies

  Add AI-generated replies to a scenario for questions you cannot script in advance.

• Voice, photos and documents

  Aibota can transcribe voice messages, describe photos and read text from documents that customers send.

• Usage limits

  Each workspace has monthly limits on contacts and AI usage, and you can see how much is used.
